State Of The Art Facility
The Project and the Academy is based in North West London at the Leon Paul Fencing Centre, 20 minutes from Central London.
Leon Paul Fencing Centre was built in 2013, and uses many technologies developed for the London 2012 Olympic Games. A total of 24 metallic pistes sit in a 731 square meters field of play with separate bag & kit storage area. The facility also provides a gym and physio room.
Gym
The Centre boasts a fully equipped performance gym which all Project athletes have scheduled use of as part of the programme.
Physio Room
A separate physio room is located next to the gym and Project offices away from the upstairs fencing area.
Breakout Zone
Project athletes have their own separate breakout area to use as a workspace for homework or quiet relaxation before and after training sessions.
Need More Information?
Leon Paul Fencing Centre allows anyone to come and fence at the venue during the day. It can be hired out in full or part for fencing competitions, university matches, training days, and corporate events. Please contact the Centre directly for further information and prices.
